“Even when tragic moments wash over our hearts… Even when old, withered sadness rises up to meet our thinking… We hold within us the love we have nurtured for all of these years… We summon it, and Love takes its rightful place, at the forefront of our minds.”

I wrote these words after the horrific event in Aurora, Colorado.

We search for answers when we are overcome with sorrow. Sometimes we find them; often we do not. Especially in the wake of senseless disaster. At that time, the only recourse we seem to have for empowering ourselves is to continue to hold Faith and Love within us. We are the ones. We bring forth the ambiance and energy needed to create a better planet.
