Hawaiian Retreat September 4th -11th 2010
I have one space available for my upcoming healing retreat on the Big Island of Hawaii! The Big Island is one of the principal locations for energy healing on our planet. Wonderful transformation occurs in a very short period of time when you connect to the healing energy and beautiful Spirit Guides in this powerful place.

A Week of Joyous Exploration
You will learn to deepen your connection to your own Spirit Guides, and practice Spiritually Focused Meridian Tapping with Flow of Attraction to create the life you want. You will also swim with wild dolphins, study ancient Hawaiian arts of dance and sacred lei-making, receive a relaxing Lomi Lomi massage, and enjoy delicious tropical gourmet meals.

In my years as a channeler and healer I have searched for the most effective ways that people can learn to heal themselves. Connecting  to  the Sacred Energy Flow while practicing Meridian Tapping  can give you  immediate and long-lasting results.

Earlier this week, I was happy to make a guest appearance on the online radio network, Voice of America. The title of the weekly show is “Knowing Yourself to Realize the Power Within.”  The show’s  host Natalie Kimbrough is a devoted healer and Reiki practitioner herself. She and I talked about the joining of these two deeply healing practices, and  I  shared some moving stories of clients, including children, who healed rapidly by using these combined techniques.

Let Your luminous Healing Light cascade down upon our Earth.

The deserts shimmer in sunlight.

Watch and Notice

My clients often ask me about delays in getting the thing they are working to attract. The Guides have often shown me that delays mean that all of the elements are not yet in alignment. These elements can be internal as well as external.  Maybe there is an internal conflict about what we think we want. At that point, we need to be very honest with ourselves. What is true? Are we completely in support of what we are saying to ourselves and others about what we are seeking? Externally, there may be a different and better opportunity.

Doors Open All the Time

There are always doors opening, and we have to notice which ones open easily for us – maybe they are not the ones we had envisioned, but are what we have attracted. Go through that door and feel what is on the other side. Try to  not get stuck in one mind-set. Be open to what Divine Order has in store for you.  Surrender to Divine Plan. So many times I have looked up at the sky and actually joked with Spirit or the Guides and said “Fine, I’ll go with Your Plan – Surprise me!”

Message From My Guides:

“Your life is guided by Divine timing and order. Yet your own energy helps to determine which doors will open and how you will be received at each new level of your life. Begin each day with a cleansing breath and connect to Light so that your vibration will be fresh, drawing in that which you desire.”

HOLDING OTHERS IN THE LIGHT

When people around us are in distress, most of us feel a powerful instinct to help them, to heal the situation that is hurting them, and make things better. But sometimes, even when we are close to another person, we cannot ease their pain for them.

Then we feel helpless and simply don’t know what to do.

Over the years, when I have found myself feeling a profound sorrow for someone else, my Spirit Guides have instructed me how to live in detached compassion to take a step back, and begin sending Sacred Light and Blessings to that person. Here in their own words:

“No one on Earth is immune from suffering. It is a part of the human condition. Seeing another person feeling bad or ill may cause one to feel guilty for being spared from suffering themselves. But if you absorb the pain or even the worry of another, you are weakening yourself, making it less likely that you will be able to assist, should a real chance arise.

Instead, give yourself more strength, more ability to help, by connecting to the Healing Force of the Universe. See God or Divine Spirit as a Sacred Light that streams to that person in need, bringing great Healing to them. Turn all worry over to God and Spirit. The person you are concerned about is a child of God and the Universe. They will be watched over; they will be loved. They will be healed to the extent that is possible. ”

FEEL STRENGTH FROM SPIRIT


When I enter into this healing relationship with the Higher Power and Source, I find that I am energized and strong. My worries melt away as I see the Light streaming to someone in need.

Try this yourself sometime soon.

Reach up to the brightest Light of the Universe. Send this calming and healing Light to anyone who needs it. Visualize it surrounding and comforting them. See their own thoughts become calm, as they let go of fear.

Their hearts beat strong as they feel your support. It helps carry them onward in their own lives, as you move forward in yours – balanced and more healed yourself.

“TRUE LISTENING”
For me, being intuitive has always been about Listening. When I’ve paid attention to the messages, I’ve followed a pathway that feels open and illuminated. My Guides speak volumes, and I listen, always trying my best to follow their advice and instruction. But you don’t need actual “Guides” to be able to receive great wisdom and truth from the Universe.

TRAIN YOUR INTUITION
Early on, as I was beginning to focus my attention on the messages I was receiving, I created a specific way of listening. First, I would ask the question, “What do I think?” Then I would discard that answer and ask again, sometimes phrasing the question as, “What is the REAL answer, or what is the correct message for me about this?” I also became fond of simply saying “I have no opinion. Just tell me the Truth!”

BE PATIENT, AND GIVE YOURSELF TIME
This ‘true listening’ can take time. Sometimes the answers are not readily forthcoming, but eventually, you can ‘feel’ what is true and what are simply your own opinions, fears or doubts speaking. With practice, patience, and an open heart, anyone can become good at receiving insights from beyond the Earthly realm. Because God/Spirit wants what is the very best for you, as you follow the messages you receive, your path will lead you to manifest a life of joy and abundance.

TSUNAMI!
I woke up Saturday morning to an urgent email saying that a devastating earthquake had hit Chile. A Tsunami was headed to Hawai’i and our condominium complex, along with all coastal areas, was being evacuated. I am in California right now, but have many loved ones on the Big Island of Hawai’i and live there part-time myself.  My first thought was: Pray – visualize, work with energy long-distance to smooth the waters, and put up enormous energetic protection for everyone and everything that might be affected.

THE POWER OF NETWORKS
I began phoning and emailing the people I knew who also do this kind of work and could tap into the energies to help. I posted on Facebook and Twitter. Many people were already “on the case” in meditation and prayer, and I knew everyone would continue to send out prayer requests to their own groups.

WORKING WITH INNER VISION
Then I sat with my Guides and we began to broadcast deep, peaceful energy to the waters of the Pacific Basin. I felt a vibration begin to build in my own hands and feet, as I sat with my eyes closed, breathing and relaxing while I visualized the slowing and smoothing of the surge headed across the ocean. I sat this way for many minutes, looking inward and “seeing” the calming of the waters. All of a sudden I knew. I just knew. Everything was going to be alright. I tuned in and could feel a sort of ripple of relief among the people who I knew were meditating, praying, and working to protect the coastal regions of the Pacific Islands.

PEACE AND GRATITUDE
It felt wonderful to finally relax as the news headline read “Hawai’i dodged a bullet!” The scientists may believe that this surge was destined to dissipate, but I will always remember the “knowing” and the shared experience of moving energy and praying with thousands and thousands of people.

Now our hearts, prayers, and energy are with the people of Chile. May they heal and rebuild with the Grace of God.
