The Power of Prayer
As we continue in our effort to learn to live harmoniously together on our beautiful planet, we can turn our minds to a Greater Power and ask for help.

As Your Light bathes the Earth,

We are reminded that this is Your planet.

We are all Your children, living here together.

It is our responsibility to see one another as You see us.

If we are equals in Your eyes,

We must learn to see one another as equals.

If You take the time to hear each of our voices,

We must learn to listen and hear each others’ voices as well.

We trust Your wisdom

In placing each and every one of us on this planet

To be one people.

 

It is Your Light that can dissolve the clouds of war, God.

Let Your Radiance and Love reach those who make critical decisions

Regarding conflicts and responses…

You become their Highest Guidance.

Help them to make the choices that would meet with Your approval.

 

Let the leaders of the world be filled with Sacred Light.

Their minds and bodies relax in Your Glow.

Let all people put down their weapons

And look to the Heavens for Truth.

Even in times of darkness

Let their actions be Your actions.

Draw them into Your Light.

See them gathering to warm their hands and hearts

At the hearth of Your Goodness.

 

We pray for forgiveness among all people.    

We see your Light flowing through us.

It grows brighter…spreading far across our globe.

It illuminates the minds and lives of all people on Earth,

Creating a vastness of peace, love, and tranquility.

New Living Expo takes place again at the S.F. Concourse Exhibition Center ~ April 29 – May 1st.
Each year as I prepare my booth and my teaching notes for a class, I reflect on the immensity of the event and diversity of offerings: delicious natural foods, beautiful jewelry and healing crystals, green living options, many types of body work, psychic readings and healing arts. At the height of each day, there is a cacophony of sounds and smells; like a marketplace from a distant past or exotic land.

But when we look closely, we see that each vendor and each speaker has something in common – a belief that we have reached a restorative turning point on Earth. Now, more than ever, we are realizing that there are “new” ways to live that will heal humanity and prepare our planet for a clean, vibrant, and sustainable future.  New thoughts for solutions are arriving in people’s minds every day. Some of them are more feasible than others. All of them spring from the roots of sincerity.

As we walk together towards a bright future, there are many paths to follow. My Guides and I will be teaching “Flow of Attraction- The Way to Abundance” Saturday April 30th 11:00 a.m. Room #1

You Are a Part of All That is Good
When you recognize how inherently good you really are, you feel peaceful, calm, and positive.  My Spirit Guides have brought forth a healing meditation using Sacred Light  that can help you find the thread of  bright, endearing, and good experiences from your life.  By knowing  that you are a part of the Oneness and Goodness of Creation, you can easily uncover your own Light shining deep within you.

United With Spirit, I See How Good I Am

I ask God and Spirit

To help me find the inner goodness that has always been a part of me.

Show me that Your Light and my own light are One.

I see and feel Your Sacred Light flow to me now.

It fills my mind and body.

I breathe it all the way down to my feet.

I feel purified as shimmering, glorious Light cascades through me.

And from this place,  filled with Your Sacred Radiance,

I am able to look into my past,

And create a golden thread

Of all the good things that have taken place in my life.

I quietly breathe and look.

I see times of fun, of happiness,

Of good deeds and accomplishments.

I continue to relax in Light and Divine Energy Flow,

And I build a time-line of all the bright and sweet moments…

I see a different view of my life…a lovely view.

I see that Your Goodness has always been in me.

A  Goodness that makes me good.

May I see this Goodness in me each day.

I breathe in and use the Glorious Light

To sweep away layers of old negative beliefs about myself and my life.

The Light sweeps away my shadow thoughts about who I am, and what I can be.

I let go of those beliefs; those thoughts,

And they become like dust… so easily removed.

As those layers clear,  I see that behind them…within them,

There is a center of gold.

Hidden behind the shadows

Is my own golden core of shining Light, and Divine Wisdom.

That is who I truly am.

I fill my cup with Sacred Light and drink from it.

I am cleansed and I begin again.

I ask for forgiveness from myself…for myself.

I am not my old anger, my old sadness, my old fears, or any negative feelings.

I am fresh and new, seeing only the good from my past,

Seeing only the glow of my own inner Light.

I am a child of the Universe.

I am filled with Divine Goodness.

May I now shine,

For all to see.

One World; One Freedom
The Egyptian people are crying out in unison, having found their strength in one another. We see their outrage pour onto the streets and feel the depth of their commitment to risk their lives and all that is comfortable to them to gain a freedom that has been denied to them for generations.
As we watch the upheaval: rocks being thrown, people chanting, men on horseback  whipping back the angry crowd – it is difficult to remember that this is Egypt the magical land. This is the land that stirs our ancient memories with images of immense proportion- pyramids, statues, and mysterious paintings. It was once a gateway to the greatest civilization. Once again, this same region presents a gateway, and this time we pray that the gateway leads to peace.

A Prayer for Peace
I channeled the following prayer, which is included in my book “Prayers of Light, heal yourself heal your world.”
May the Light heal this time of great transition in the Middle East:

As Your Light bathes the Earth, God,

A Breast Healing Meditation for Women
Each of us, both women and men, have a vast capacity to keep ourselves healthy and strong. We become great Light Healers when we connect to Sacred Source or Light, and then direct the healing Light to where it is needed.

I wrote this meditation for my women clients many years ago. The Guides and I wanted them to know that they could protect and heal their own breasts and live without fear.
I hope you can feel the deep healing as you listen. Men, please feel free to share with the women you love. Women, love yourselves, love your breasts, and share with your sisters!

A Breast Healing Meditation

Find a comfortable position – sitting, lying, or standing in relaxation.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply.

Breathe in and out.

Feel each out-breath sweeping tension from your body.

Breathe in…all the way down to your feet.

Breathe out…every part softens and drops down into relaxation.

Breathe in…cleansing and opening.

Breathe out…deep softening everywhere.

Breathe this way for minute or two.

Let your mind be relaxed and cleaned with each breath.

Let your body be heavy with no tension.

So peaceful.

So soft.

So relaxed.

Safe..

Now bring your attention to focus in your mind.

Your mind can be moved through thought.

Imagine that you can move your own mind to connect to Divine Healing.

Reach your mind up… up to the Highest Place possible.

What does this Highest Place look like to you?

Is it the blue sky with soft white clouds?

Is it a vision of beautiful God-Light rays shining down?

Is it the stars of the night sky?

Is it more abstract, like a pure shining light with no physical space?

Whatever you see as the Highest Place is what is right for you.

It may change at any time and still be perfect.

See your Highest Place fill with Light and Healing Energy.

Observe that vision for a moment.

Now ask that this perfect Light and Healing stream down to your body as your Healing Source.

It is your own fluid form of Divine Love

See it enter your body through the top of your head

Through your Crown/God chakra

Your mind fills with calm and Love.

You feel Love coming into you, softening your thinking even more.

You feel Love for you begin to grow.

You are a part of the All; a part of the Great Love that is everything.

Feel, see, and breathe the Love in.

See it now begin to move down through your whole body.

It moves from your head all the way down to the bottoms of your feet.

Your body is filled with Light and Love.

You have become a stream of light; a bridge from Heaven to Earth.

See the Light flowing down each arm to your fingertips.

Your hands glow and shimmer with light.

These are the hands of the Light Healer

The Light Healer that is in you.

Place your shining Light hands on each of your own breasts.

Hold each breast tenderly as if it were a beautiful baby in your hand.

Cradle your breasts and see them glow with the beautiful Divine Light that has filled your body.

See each breast respond to this Light by relaxing and softening.

Breathe into them and soften them more.

Breathe deeply and see each cell let go of tension as it softens with each out-breath.

Your breasts have been with you all of your life.

Even when you were a little girl, before you grew, before your breasts grew, they were with you.

They have always been a part of your body.

Begin speaking in your inner voice to your breasts.

Let them feel your love for them as your speak.

“You are the flesh of my heart.

You are the soft and vulnerable part of me

You are the part of my body that leads the way

As I move through life.

You have never let me down.

You have never disappointed me.

You have always been a beautiful part of me.

You have done what has been asked of you

Just by being.

There was nothing else I needed of you.

You are wonderful just as you are.

You are perfect as you are.

I love you.

I am sorry if you have ever felt bad about yourselves.

I am sorry for the pictures I have compared you to.

I am sorry for the women I have measured you by.

I am sorry if there has ever been any pressure to be different than you are.

I am sorry if you have felt my need to be perfect.

I am sorry if I have hurt you in any way.

I am changing.

I am healing.

I love myself completely.

I love you completely.

You can let go of pressure.

You can let go of embarrassment.

You can let go of shame.

None of this exists anymore.

We are who we are meant to be.

I am the reflection of the Divine that I was meant to be.

You are a part of Divine Love in me.

I love you as I am Loved.

Divine Love flows through me as Light.

Feel the Light flow through you.

Feel the Love flow through you.

The Light heals you fully.

Each cell is filled with Light.

Each cell is healed.

The Light protects you from all external pressure.

You hold yourselves with the true grace of self-love.

The Light protects you from all negative thinking.
You hold yourselves separate from negative thoughts and feelings.

You are Loved.

You are healed.

Flow of Attraction
My Guides and I have created a meditation called Flow of Attraction that we practiced several times as a part of the healing retreat. As we hold gratitude in our hearts, we build a stronger flow of good and positive things and energy to ourselves. Here is a portion of that meditation that describes the Goodness and Perfection that have always been within you. Read it over then close your eyes and feel it within your mind and body. It is the Truth about you.

You know who you are

You have always known in the deepest part of your mind

In the depth of your own heart

You are exactly as you are meant to be

Strong, resilient, kind, loving and wise

See and feel all external definitions of you drop away

Breathe in and release anyone else’s definition of you

Anyone else’s opinion of you

You are.

You always have been

Feel yourself from within

You are a Divine Creation

You are the perfect reflection of Universal Wisdom

There is a part of the Universe that is just you.

See the stream of your own energy flow holding and purifying you

Readying you for your journey forward in time

Placing you exactly where you need to be now

In this moment

You are just where you are meant to be

And the energy stream that is yours

Will take you to where you need to be next

Just let it

Flow with it

Feel your body relaxing in the flow as it take you to

Your next level

You may not see or know where it is taking you,

Just trust.

The Universe and Divine Wisdom are present

In Perfect Flow – See It and Feel It
I recently had the wonderful opportunity to speak and channel my Spirit Guides again at the New Thought Spiritual Center in the little town of  Captain Cook on the  Big Island of Hawaii.  This group describes themselves as:
A sanctuary for the nourishment, development and evolution of each individual’s unique spiritual path.

They meet each Sunday on a large covered lanai that is open to the sweet elements. The breezes blow softly, the roosters crow outside, mist drifts in from the mountainside. Serenity… far from the noise of the contemporary world.

This year,  my Guides and I spoke about “Divine Order and the Flow of Attraction.” The Guides have been sending me many messages about this subject for the past year. In fact, we are now compiling all of the information into a 6- week course.

Here is a portion of a visual meditation from The Guides and Big Island Guardians – See and Feel your own Sacred Flow:

“Reach your mind up to the Heavens and to Spirit
To the highest Light you can see.

Giving Thanks For Tough Times
You might be surprised to find that the life events you thought were the most difficult, actually were the best of times. Those were times that gave you strength and wisdom. Yes, you often look back with a sigh of relief that you are no longer there. But look again – what other feelings might you have hidden away because those events are painful to remember? Sometimes, when we recall the most wrenching and challenging of times, we also feel proud of ourselves. We survived. We became more skilled at living life. We may even feel … grateful.

We Ask Why – The Guides Answer
Many of us wonder why: Why is life here on Earth so harsh? Why do people suffer? What is the meaning of all of this? I have been asked this by clients in many sessions. Here is what my Guides said recently:

“The Earth is like a crucible for the soul. The experiences on Earth offer tremendous benefits and refinement. Descent into the depths of pain, followed by ascent into Light once more creates an alchemical transformation. Having been in this dimension called Earth, you are now a more Dimensional being, filled with compassion and the potential for vastness. Had you not found the courage to embark on this embodied journey, you would be far behind where you are today in your soul’s evolution.”

Trace Your Journey
As you consider these words from the Guides, look within your own heart and trace your personal journey over the stepping stones of difficulties. Hold yourself with deep compassion and respect for all that you have moved beyond. Look ahead at potential trouble spots to move through, and allow yourself to feel how courageous and brave you have been thus far. Whatever lies ahead, your past has prepared you.

And beyond this lifetime, is the sweet remembrance that the whole Universe holds us in very high regard, just for the fact that we have been able to face this Earth challenge to become the refined beings we are today.

Our Efforts Unify and Heal
I am here on the Big Island of Hawaii, where I am deeply aware of the beauty and power of the ocean. As I was swimming and diving, I have realized that all oceans are really one enormous body of circulating water, energy and life. It suddenly became clear that all of us can do great remote healing – sending the energy from a vibrant and healthy ocean to one that is suffering and ill like the Gulf of Mexico. Here is a visualization I posted on Facebook:

“I swam in the warm water of the Pacific Ocean yesterday. Diving deep, I *saw* all oceans become One. The Guides and I began to broadcast Loving and Caring vibrational tones and thoughts to the Gulf – healing animals, plants and all life forms – dissolving and removing all toxins. The Light radiated upward and I knew it would be.”

Then I  received a beautiful healing song and video Fragile Day from Scott Blum of Daily Om.  The  lyrics are poignant and compelling; the tune and arrangement are lovely. All proceeds from the sale of this song will go to benefit the habitat affected by the oil spill.
