Find Your Own Inner Light

You Are a Part of All That is Good
When you recognize how inherently good you really are, you feel peaceful, calm, and positive.  My Spirit Guides have brought forth a healing meditation using Sacred Light  that can help you find the thread of  bright, endearing, and good experiences from your life.  By knowing  that you are a part of the Oneness and Goodness of Creation, you can easily uncover your own Light shining deep within you.

United With Spirit, I See How Good I Am

I ask God and Spirit

To help me find the inner goodness that has always been a part of me.

Show me that Your Light and my own light are One.

I see and feel Your Sacred Light flow to me now.

It fills my mind and body.

I breathe it all the way down to my feet.

I feel purified as shimmering, glorious Light cascades through me.

And from this place,  filled with Your Sacred Radiance,

I am able to look into my past,

And create a golden thread

Of all the good things that have taken place in my life.

I quietly breathe and look.

I see times of fun, of happiness,

Of good deeds and accomplishments.

I continue to relax in Light and Divine Energy Flow,

And I build a time-line of all the bright and sweet moments…

I see a different view of my life…a lovely view.

I see that Your Goodness has always been in me.

A  Goodness that makes me good.

May I see this Goodness in me each day.

I breathe in and use the Glorious Light

To sweep away layers of old negative beliefs about myself and my life.

The Light sweeps away my shadow thoughts about who I am, and what I can be.

I let go of those beliefs; those thoughts,

And they become like dust… so easily removed.

As those layers clear,  I see that behind them…within them,

There is a center of gold.

Hidden behind the shadows

Is my own golden core of shining Light, and Divine Wisdom.

That is who I truly am.

I fill my cup with Sacred Light and drink from it.

I am cleansed and I begin again.

I ask for forgiveness from myself…for myself.

I am not my old anger, my old sadness, my old fears, or any negative feelings.

I am fresh and new, seeing only the good from my past,

Seeing only the glow of my own inner Light.

I am a child of the Universe.

I am filled with Divine Goodness.

May I now shine,

For all to see.
